Solution focused, affordable counselling

My core belief is that good therapy is an emotional as well as a financial investment. My approach is therefore one of bespoke collaboration and regular assurance, involving the family as a whole wherever possible.

As a client or parent of a client, your therapeutic journey with me begins from our first point of contact, which is usually via email or telephone. We will spend some time briefly discussing what you would like to gain from therapy before we arrange our first appointment, with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and establish if I am the right counsellor for you.  Initial sessions are termed "assessments" this is not to give the impression of a clinical environment but more an assessment of if I can meet your needs and if you or your child wish to work with me.  It is important to me that everyone receives the right help for them, and this assessment is an important first step on this journey.

Following the initial session we can book further sessions and I believe in regular reviews so we can communicate openly about how the counselling process is progressing.

Counselling is priced at £45 per session.  It is my belief to keep pricing affordable and fair to increase access to services which help people with their mental health.  I keep you up to date on estimated duration of counselling, with regular reviews ensuring that you have a balanced expectation of your investment.

Locations

I work at three different locations currently across the Midlands, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth.  All my rooms are private, relaxing safe spaces for clients and their families to visit and engage in therapy in.
